What Happened To You?

Why do people have to change, why did I change? This is all so wrong, I guess I'm just not ready to face all this with you.

What happened to you?
So strong you seemed, but really you were afraid.
With every passing moment your dignity decreases.
What happened to you?
You were so fresh, so new, so young and innocent.
Now I can't help but see you as something filthy, and wrong.
What happened to you?
I thought we were in this together, I thought we had a special bond.
But eventually we drifted apart.
What happened to you?
You're no longer the person I knew, you're something I don't want to look at.
What happened to you?
I've lost all of my respect for you, I'm sorry things turned out this way.
I'm sorry I can't do this anymore.
I'm sorry I can't trust you, nor believe your lies any longer.
I've tried, but I failed.
I'm so sorry.
