What Did I Really See

Life's journey...
I heard the dogs
howl in the moonlight

I went to the window
to see the sight

All the dead that
I knew

Going by one by one
then two by two

Where was they going
walking dead

Dead walking side by side
people that knew each other

Death all around walking
by greeting every one

So I ask why why
