What a Sister Can Do - Chpt. 1

This is my new project, just started working on it recently. It is partially a true story, apart from the part of Libby being my twin, she's just my cousin and is the same age as me, the names are all made up, apart from the Libby one (she wanted hers to stay the same.). It's still a new project, and i will be writing 2 stories at the same time, so if you want me to include a character like yourself, do request, and I'll try do something :D
Chapter 1.

The morning was usually peaceful. Today, it was different. The sun was up, shining of course, not brightly though. It was covered by a thick storm cloud, dimming the natural light. Within minutes it was raining. The entire street was soaked, and the sky roared with the loud, clapping sounds of thunder. You would usually think that this would ruin a teenagers day, but in this case, it was different, as everything seemed to be around here. For the teens at Brute High School, it was different, everyday. Somebody would always arrive late, or be sent out of class, or be expelled. But now, it was different, much more different! Most students like Bryce Louw and Zelda Clitzper didn't enjoy being in the same school as some famous people, but others like myself, Astrid Trumper, took the liberty of enjoying those times. Here, you never know when somebody will go. In Brute, the celebrities we got to accommodate was a new band, just starting out, but they were already big stars, well in the school. The guitarist especially, along with the singer. They were apparently the most wanted guys in the school, along with the jocks, of course. My sister, Libby, is a complete sucker for hot guys. She's my twin, but we look nothing alike.

She loves being a girly girl, whilst I stick to my Gothic Punk Metal Girl style. I'm guessing that this is why everybody wants to date her; hence, the pretty girls always get guys. Lucky for me, I didn't really find the need to date a guy at this particular time. Libby on the other hand, was always caught drooling over the band members, that attend our school. I was happy not to spill her secret (yeah, she thought it was a secret.), if she never found out mine. According to Zelda Clitzper, 'New guys are not to be trusted!', too bad for Zelda, because she didn't even notice that they went to the same school as us, since the 2nd grade. The band got pretty famous after 5th grade but of course, nobody apart from me noticed it. I just thought that they were normal guys like the rest of my friends, and I hung out with them nonetheless. My other best friend, Andreas, who is also the president of the student body -and the one I need to suck up to, if I get a bad grade- is closest of friends with the band members. They're so tight you'd think they're all gay. Lucky for Libby, they're single and ready to mingle. Some more than others...
-'You're going to go over there, aren't you?' Libby came over to me, and hissed. She did have to tiptoe a big, to add to her freaky 170cm little body.

-'Are you freak insane?' I said, though it was more of a statement, than a question. I took Libby around the corner, to get to our lockers, and bent down. This 176cm body needed to shrink every 5 minutes. -'Listen' Libby. Libby? Hello. I'm talking here.' I said, more than once was enough, a normal person would have thought, but with this creature, once, was not an option. 'Libby. Okay, listen very carefully. I am not going to go over there and become friends, just so you can go out with one of them. Kapish?! I am not your servant, or whatever you want to call me. Let me remind you, I'm the older twin!' I snapped at her, after she had joined me back on Earth.
-'Astrid. You're 10 minutes older. You should seriously snap out of this 'I'm older, oooh.' crap. Okay?!'
-'Yeah you're probably right.' I played along, and instantly turned around to shout. 'Hey! Attention, attention, to all members of Brute High...MY TWIN SISTER LOVES THE GUITARIST OF THAT NEW BAND!....' I smirked whilst glancing down at her, from the chair I had mounted. I wasn't finished, and she knew it. ' HER NUMBER IS 055 709 334. CALL HER!'

I saw a whole bunch of girls sulk in their seats, in the nearby open door classroom, I'm guessing they were also in love with the guys. How impossible could these people get?!
-'ASTRID! I WILL KILL YOU! YOU WILL PAY FOR THIS, YOU WILL!' She shouted at me, as I moved down the corridor, my so-called punk boots' laces dragging along the ground. I turned around, grunted, and waved my hand, in a 'Leave me alone.' manner. The bad thing about my fashionable laces, was that I could be easily tripped. And this is exactly what happened. I was walking alongside Andreas (who didn't seem to like my sister very much.) when I felt my right and left feet instantly stop. My entire body flew face forward towards the ground, and I ended up in a pool of my own books, notes, and tons of scrap paper. I thought of how long it would take me to pick it all up. As I scrambled up to a crouching position, I saw a lot of people coming 'to my rescue' from the corner of my eye. I stood up, the fastest I could, and scooped up my books and bag with Andreas's help.
-'Thanks dude.' I said, trying to stay cool, and not look as if I'm going to kill someone.
-'It's no problem. I owe you anyway.' he said and we started walking down the corridor again, this time, I looked behind me several times to check that nobody was running to me. I even bothered to tuck in my laces.

-'We should go. We've got Chem right now.' Andreas said.
-'Yeah. Let's hurry. Umm. You haven't seen Oliver by any chance have you?' I asked, tempted to bring up that subject. Libby wasn't getting out of this one, not that easily anyway.
'Yeah, he's got chem with us. You do know that he sits in the back row, next to us, right?' Andreas asked. I'm guessing he was a little disappointed, that I didn't know his friends were there.
'Oh. Yeah, sorry, I completely blacked out. Let's go.' I retorted, feeling a little embarrassed, that our conversation had to go on this way.
-'Anyway. What is your sister trying to do to you? Hahaa, she seems pretty feisty.'
-'Trust me Andry, I think I've been asking myself that since well, 1st grade. Oh, I stand corrected, since preschool.' I commented and laughed. 'No, I seriously don't know what's wrong with her. She's been acting out lately, and I think she's way too obsessed with Oliver. She needs a hobby. Besides stalking him on Twitter, Facebook, AND MySpace.' I said, and Andreas laughed. It wasn't one of those laughs that we did when we were highly uninterested, this time it was a true laugh, and we almost collapsed on the ground. He suggested that we should hurry, before the devil 'herself' decided to put us in detention one more time. I said it doesn't matter that much, and we risked the chance of a possible apocalypse.

We managed to get to Chem, just in time, and as we entered the Amphitheater room, we ran up the steps to the back, reaching our seats in a mere millisecond before the bride of Frankenstein walked in, and gave us today's assignment.
-'Astrid. Wipe that smirk off your face, immediately.' she screeched at me, her voice echoing through the room. ' You might as well clean that dark black eyeliner off too.'
-' I looked at Andreas and Oliver, who seemed to be dying of laughter, and I hissed at them. 'Say, do any of you boys have a tissue?' and we all erupted into laughter. Luckily it wasn't noticed, because a few nerds in the front row were coughing out their daily dose of 'please miss pick me pick me' and that was the only way to get attention.
-'OLIVER AND ANDREAS. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES! HOW DARE YOU INTERRUPT THIS CRITICALLY IMPORTANT LESSON, THAT HAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR FUTURE PLANS?!'
I scribbled, and shoved the note to the right, so that they could read it. Once again, the typhoon of laughter filled the air around us, this time though, it was hushed, and sounded more like a cat coughing up a furball.

The bride of Frankenstein walked behind all the tables making sure that each child was doing what they ought to be ding and not messing about. I'm guessing the sentence that followed was based on her finding out note. Guilty. Once again.
-'That's it, you're all going into after school detention. You incoherent students.' Mrs. Franks shouted. 'Andreas, Oliver, and Astrid. You will attend tonights' after school detention, and you will do special chores, the janitor would have left for you. If you choose not to do so, you will listen to my lectures on the topic of Biochemistry and it's effects and features for 3 hours, in an extended lesson, for the following two weeks, every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Am I making myself clear?' she shouted. That nutty old bag has seriously lost it. By now the classroom was empty, since the bell had rung, and all the three of us could say was, 'Yes ma'am, crystal.'
