Went Away

Damn, I woke up with this feeling

This feeling that had my chest hurting and my head spinning

It went from my head down to my finger tips

It made me nervous

Nervous as hell, cuz I ain’t know what this feeling was

I went thru the whole day breathing hard, and not concentrating

I couldn’t eat because my stomach was nervous

Huh, the butterflies were taking over

In my room I would lay

But no stress was escaping me

I would hop on the laptop,

But my mind wasn’t paying my screen any attention

Time ticked

The sun went down

My homework was waiting

My head was aching

It was late

I was tired

My phone rang

I looked down

A name popped up

Damn,

All my pains....all of a sudden....went away
