Rob Roy

Ingredients

• Scotch, 1½ oz
• Sweet vermouth, ¼ oz
• Angostura bitters (for taste)
• Maraschino cherry (for garnish)

Preparation
All the ingredients are to be poured in a mixing glass with ice. Stir the ingredients well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. You can garnish with a cherry. You can substitute the sweet vermouth with dry vermouth and garnish with an olive and prepare a dry Rob Roy. A Perfect Rob Roy is made by using ¼ oz. of sweet and dry Vermouth garnished with a lemon twist.

Salty Dog

Ingredients

• Grapefruit juice, 5 oz
• Gin, 1½ oz
• Salt, ¼ teaspoon

Preparation
You need to pour all ingredients over ice cubes in a highball glass. Stir the ingredients well. Serve. You can substitute Vodka for gin, if you like.

Boxcar

Ingredients

• Gin, 1½ oz
• Triple Sec, 1 oz
• Lemon juice, 1 teaspoon
• Grenadine syrup, 1 teaspoon
• Egg white, 1

Preparation
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker that is half-filled with ice cubes. Shake the ingredients well. Then strain the drink into a sour glass. Serve.
