Running from my fears
I let my hair float behind me
As I run faster

My tears slide down my face
Creating a waterfall
My memories of hatred come back to me
Replaying in my mind like a movie
A movie I can never end….

So welcome to my world
Where there is always darkness and always death
The clouds are gray
-As is everything else

Everyone around me doesn’t think this way
I watch, jealous I’m always
They’re filled of love, smile, and laughter
And I’m filled of hate, pain, and loneliness
What a difference…

It is SO strange what the outside impression can give people
-But it works to hide me so well
Smiling, and happy I am to them
When really I am bleeding inside
Huh?

I’m so sick of having everyone look at me
And think "What a normal girl"
I wish someone could look at me for who I am, REALLY
Instead of what I seem
And take me OUT of this misery
