Steps for Losing Weight through Self Hypnosis
Self-hypnosis can be performed regularly by sparing 15-20 minutes everyday.
Step 1: Lie down on your back and close your eyes.Relax your body.
Step 2: Do not sleep. Awareness is the key to self hypnosis. Take 3-4 long breaths.
Step 3: Relax all your body parts one by one. Start from the feet or from the head. Relax each and every part.
Step 4: Set your body clock as to how many minutes you want to get hypnotized.
Step 5: Now auto-suggest yourself. Some of the suggestions are I will not overeat, I like fresh fruits and vegetables, I will follow my exercise regime regularly, I will not eat fatty and oily foods, I will lose my weight soon. Not more than 10 commands should be given.
Step 6: Lie down for 5 more minutes taking deep breaths and then stop the activity.
