Watch those Calories
First identify what your required daily calorie intake is. After doing so, count the number of calories that you are consuming on a daily basis. If it is lower than the daily calorie intake, first eat enough to reach the desired amount. The weight gain will begin there. Watch your Weight
Ensure that you keep a watch on your weight on a weekly basis. Ideally, you should gain about 1 - 2 pounds in a week. Yes, this is not a miraculous overnight weight gain plan. It will take time.
