Finding Frame Size

When we look at different height and weight charts, we see that the charts mention different frame sizes, like small, medium and large. This is when most of us wonder, what is our frame size and how are we supposed to find the right frame size. Extend your right hand in front of you. Bend the hand at the elbow, such that the wrist is facing your body and arm is parallel to your body. Using a measuring tape, measure the distance between the two prominent bones of the elbow. Now check the measurement in the table given below. This table gives the frame size for medium frame only. For small frames, the elbow measurement will be lesser than given in the table and for the large frames, it will naturally be more.
