Web Africa New Network Testing Brings Big Benefits to Customers

Web Africa, one of the biggest internet service providers in South Africa, has announced that they are producing a new ADSL network. The tier 1 ADSL network is a new venture for a South African internet service provider and Web Africa want the public to get involved with the network testing. As an ADSL provider Web Africa has invited anyone with an ADSL line and router to give their testing a try.

They are offering 10 GB free bandwidth to those who take part in the network bandwidth testing process. This will obviously get many people interested as it is nearly impossible to find anyone who does not like free bandwidth. Testing the network in this way provides free bandwidth to customers whilst benefiting Web Africa and their plans for further development. They feel that offering this special will enable them to improve their customer service and ensure that their network performance testing will result in a smoother service when it is officially launched.

Matthew Tagg, CEO of Web Africa, says the public test will enable Web Africa to offer the best services at an affordable price. "Our goal is to optimize our network according to what our customers need for their various internet usages," he added. Web Africa has many new and exciting plans for the next phase of their network, and the testing will help them evaluate the needs of the public. Some of the added benefits that will come after the network testing is complete are the hope of better financial savings and new products and services. The implementation of the new Seacom and Essay cables will see Web Africa offering extra value at a reduced price.

Once the network testing is complete, current customers will be automatically moved to the new network whilst not changing any of their current subscriptions or services.
