We Have All Evolved

We have all evolved,….
We have all together problems solved.
We have all grown together,….
We have all grown apart,….
And,….
We all have gotten smart;
Yet,….
We all still cuddle in our caves,….
We all shun the cold and worship the fire,..
We are either master,…. Or we are enslaved;
Endeared to faith or to desire..
We are saved,… or,…. We are depraved.
We have evolved,….
We pray,…. And/or,…. We prey;
Everyday,….
We have yet to find the groove,…..
Time will prove,..
That things did not have to be this way.
