Ways to Evaluate Anti Aging Companies

So, you found a wrinkle cream or eye cream that you like? What's next? Do you go directly to the order page and place an order, or do you look around a little bit and see what else is going on with this company?Consider this a checklist of what you need to do as you do your due diligence when checking out an anti aging company.

Here are the things I do when I buy anything online. I tend to do more homework when I buy an anti aging cream, as they like to get tricky with billing and other aspects when compared to other products I buy online.

- Call the customer service department. Do they answer the phone? If not, do they return calls? How prompt is their reply? Are they courteous, or rude? Do they have respect for you, or do they push products down your throat? Do they answer your questions with knowledge, or are their replies very general? I can only buy from companies that sound truthful in their dealings with customer, and you should too if you want a solid product.

- Do they work a lot? Are the hours very limited, or are they open many hours of the day? The work ethic they have on display taking orders is the same work ethic (or better) than they will have when shipping orders. Consider that when buying anti aging creams.

- Do they offer other products to compliment what you are buying? If so, are they making sense to you as a product that should be paired as such? If not, you should consider it a sales call. You called them to buy something, and unless you requested information on another product, reject these overtures unless they make sense to you on all levels.

- Do they explain their billing policy in black and white? Many companies do the auto-billing scam, and it's a pain to deal with. Getting involved and getting out can be painful, and it is never fun to be involved in something you don't fully understand.

Just take a look around. If they lack customer service when you are buying, how will they react when you are trying to return?
