What are the benefits of consuming pure water?
The benefits of water therapy is that if pure water is consumed by following the right method it purifies the human body. It does this by rendering the colon more effective by forming new fresh blood, which is known as Haematopaises in medical terms. Not only this, the mucousal folds of the colon and intestines are also activated by this method.
The blood that is produced because of the therapy is all-important in curing ailments and restoring health. Thus, it is advisable to consume water in a regular pattern.
What is the procedure followed for water therapy?
- This procedure involves consuming 1.5 liters or 5 to 6 glasses of water early in the morning without brushing your teeth. You can wash your face after you have consumed the required amount of water.
- Do not eat or drink anything else one hour before or after the water therapy.
- Also remember not to consume alcoholic drinks the previous night.
- Boiled and filtered water may also be used for water therapy.
If you are unable to drink 1.5 liters of water at one time, you can begin with four glasses first and then balance the two glasses after a gap of 2 minutes. If you consume water in such a large quantity you may find the necessity to urinate 2 to 3 times within an hour initially. Do not worry; this will become normal after some time.
