Watch Your Locker
Leave Your Valuables At Home.
The men's locker room at the local gym is big. There must be 40 lockers in it.
One day Casey Abram went to the gym to work out. There were about 15 other men in the locker room at the same time. He found an unused locker, dressed into his workout clothes, and was about to put the lock on the handle when he heard his name called:
"Hey, Casey."
Casey turned to see his neighbor, Kevin Millham.
"Kevin, how goes it?"
"Hey, where'd you get that new lawn mower? My wife is jealous. That old thing I push around is a wreck."
"We got a friend who works at the dealer," Casey said. With that he turned and put his lock on the handle of locker number three. But his clothes were in locker number four.
When he returned to the locker room after a 45-minute workout and unlocked his locker he found it empty.
Casey Abram stepped back in disbelief. He had just gone to the bank and had taken out two hundred dollars. He started opening other empty lockers, number two first, then number four. There he found his clothes.
Immediately he felt for his wallet. It was there. He pulled it out of his pocket and looked inside. The two hundred dollars was gone.
What should Casey do next?
What should he do the next time he goes to the gym?
