I can feel the tension building around us
People's wandering eyes glaring at us in disgust
Your friends tell you "He's mean, he's weird, he's emo, he even cuts"
My friends say "Let her go man, she's such a slut"
I don't know what to follow, my heart or my mind
If I should take you with me or leave you behind
My heart is dying and my mind is at war
Listening to them all is just an ear sore
