At first, it doesn't seem as if you are getting anywhere at all but if you continue to put the drops in, the container is going to fill up with water eventually. The only way that it will stop filling is if you stop putting the drops of water into the container altogether. Make sure that you are filling up your fitness container by taking these effortless walks throughout the day. Remember, a little bit of exercise on a regular basis is going to add up to a lot of exercise in the long run. You will recognize the health benefits before you realize it.
