Walking 10,000 Steps a Day - What if You Could not do This?

If you can walk, do you truly appreciate this ability? Many people take it for granted. Do not be among them. Instead, take advantage of this ability by walking a very beneficial 10,000 steps a day!
Perhaps you are already taking 10K steps/day, but what if you were unable to walk 10K steps/day?

Q. Would you lose clarity about who you are - and therefore with whom you want to do business or otherwise interact - if you were not walking 10K steps/day?

Q. Would you put on hold - or even banish from your thoughts - the idea of walking or running a marathon or even a half marathon, if you became unable to walk 10K steps/day?
