WAIT-N-WATCH

YOU SUMMER.
Blowing wind is very hot.
Under the fan, heated is the cot!

It is just the start of summer?
Sweat beads have already started to shimmer!

What would be the plight in the peak?
Shuddered minds dared not to think?!

Sunny, why are your rays so fierce?
Eyes are greatly scared that they may pierce?!

As a red hot ball, you emit fire like flame.
Of course, to you it is all in the game?

These three to four months are all yours.
Early rise and late setting elongates your hours!

Chilled moon tries to do its best in the short span.
Snatching its chunk of time, fried are we in your pan.

Breeze wants to blow and cool, but you wouldn’t let it.
Drawing out your tongue, hot waves you spit.

Bright blue sky beckons clouds to seek respite.
Thunder and lightning try their luck at night!

Headstrong that you are, give no space.
They make vain attempts to match your pace in chase!

Make hay while you shine, but wait and watch!
Whenever winter enters, locked will be you behind latch!
