People who are facing hair loss problem, can opt for scalp massage treatment using Vitamin E oil. A massage with Vitamin E oil increases the blood circulation and also the supply of sufficient oxygen to the scalp. You can also apply almond oil combined with coconut or jojoba oil. Wrap the hair in a towel after you finish the massage. After 1-3 hours, wash your hair with a herbal shampoo or other mild shampoo. Take about 20-22 supplement capsules and cut them up into a bowl. Now apply this liquid form gel on the ends of the hair with a brush. You can wash the hair after an hour. Over a period of time, the damaged hair will be strengthened and splitting of hair will be prevented.
Vitamin E acts as an antioxidant that protects the body cells from the free radicals. Most of the time, free radicals are spread through smoking and pollution, which can lead to degenerative changes and early aging. This may also be a cause of graying of the hair, baldness or hair loss. Therefore, intake of Vitamin E is essential for a good health of hair, which strengthens the hair roots and prevents hair fall. Many hair care products such as shampoos and conditioners may contain sufficient amount of Vitamin E.
It is recommended to consult a doctor or hair expert before opting for any haircare treatment. The regular intake of Vitamin E either in the form of supplements or food will surely enhance hair growth.
