Video Game Testing Job Scam – Can You Really Get Paid To Play Games?

Can you really get paid to play video games? I tried and got burned.. Beware video game testing job scams that claim (1) immediate jobs, (2) jobs that pay over $100 per hour – they do not exist, and (3) guides that do not offer a complete refund. Learn from my mistakes to make sure you don’t get scammed.
You have probably heard of the video game testing job scam – you know – how you apparently can get paid to beta test unreleased video games and even get to keep the games when you are finished. I tried for months to get a video game testing job – I signed up for a couple of programs- but they all turned out to be cash sucking scams.

It all started a few months back. I came across this ad ‘get paid to test video games’ – sounded too good to be true. So I did some research on Google for "video game testing job". I came across some interesting video game tester guides, promising frequent job offers and great pay all in return for me testing unreleased video games. A couple of months later and I had barely any job offers- and the one’s I did get were for crappy online games. I was frustrated and angry – its was all a complete scam.

I had put so much effort into finding a video game testing job however, so I decided to keep on looking. Eventually I came across this guide which offered job’s across all gaming platforms, and the pay was exceptional. I decided to give it a go. I was very skeptical at first- having been burnt by the other video game testing job scams, however job offers started coming in for quality unreleased games.

If you are serious about getting a video game testing job, make sure you do the research before you invest in a guide. There are many video game testing job scams out there just waiting for eager gamers’ to hand over there cash. You need good customer support – as you will be having a lot of contact with the website – they will be acting like an agent to hook you up with work. At the end of the day if you are a keen gamer and are interested in a variety of games and gaming platforms, you will have no trouble finding a video game testing job. Want a video game testing job?
