Vanessa Hudgens Sued
High School Musical actress Vanessa Hudgens is being sued by her former attorney, Brian Schall, for $150,000 in lawyer fees.

Schall filed the lawsuit Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court claiming that Hudgens, 18, failed to pay him over two-years worth of lawyer fees. He claims that Hudgens has earned over $5 million from recording deals that he claims he helped her negotiate as her lawyer starting from October 1, 2005. Hudgens reportedly signed a contract with Schall stating she would pay him 5% of her earnings while he represented her and for up to twelve months after she contracted him as her lawyer. Schall is seeking $150,000 from the $5 million that she has earned since then. Hudgens has not commented on the lawsuit.
She has been keeping a pretty low profile since naked pictures of her hit the Internet on September 6. Hudgens apologized to her fans and said in a statement via her rep Jill Fritzo, "This was a photo which was taken privately. It is a personal matter and it is unfortunate that this has become public." It was rumored that Hudgens had the pics taken before becoming famous and sent them to Drake & Josh star Drake Bell. There has been no confirmation of that rumor.
It has been rumored that Hudgens, who has starred in High School Musical and High School Musical 2, will be dropped from the third installment of the hit movie. It has also been rumored that Hudgens really wouldn’t be all that upset if she wasn’t asked to star in the third. Reportedly she and on-and-off-screen boyfriend Zac Efron are ready to move on from the Disney roles.
