And we should for forget to consider the rebate that some companies offer at the time of buying that can lower the price further and they can make the price lesser than that of the competition. So, even before we start comparing the prices we need to see the value of all the things that we have discussed and then sum it up so that we know what we are getting for what we are paying.

The final group would be the products that are billed monthly to us, products like our telephone, credit card or even we should consider electricity. On these types of products there is no real need for price comparison but we need to decide how much they cost us in long run. At the question of choosing credit cards we should consider the companies that offer better packages for better rates even when we want to transfer them. This can be time consuming but we must consider the enormous benefits of it. When it comes to phone bills we should look more carefully because some companies offer more fancy and hi-tech handsets but at higher prices, this is especially true for mobiles. We don’t really have a choice on choosing our electricity provider, that’s why we can not compare our prices there but still we can choose some devices that are more efficient in saving energy. Thought these devices do cost more than the normal ones out there but they might save more power so we can save more money in the long run.
