Vacation of PentaTeens: Chapter One
A group of talented teenagers wanted to spend a vacation, exploring the mysterious places of the world. In the end it turned out to be a real adventure.

The Hi-Tech City where they lived was situated throughout the eastern world and the south-west. Very few people inhabited the south-eastern coastal areas of South America. But the whole North America, major parts of South America and all the North-western regions were made empty by the combination of Swine Flu and the Grand Plague.
The five daring teenagers chose these regions to spend their vacation. All the mysterious places of the world were situated around these here; the city of Teotihuacan, the Nazca Lines, the Bermuda Triangle and many more. Their first exploration began at the Bermuda Triangle. They were descended into the sea, 30°N and 70°W, with a jet boat, a unit-7 robot and many developed equipment. This mysterious place is one of the most unexplored areas of the world. It has taken away the lives of many millions. Now for the first time in the century, it was being explored intentionally. "Wow," Jane, the junior engineer of the group, exclaimed, watching the mysterious beauty around, "It's all so foggy. It's going to be a real fun exploring this place."
"You're right," James replied, as he occupied himself in the complicated job of starting the jet boat. He was the senior engineer of the group and had been awarded by Science Academy for his outstanding engineering, "I don't know if we can find anything out here, but it sure is going to be hard steering in such foggy weather."
"To me, that's the fun. We are going to have a real adventure," Ryoma predicted. He was the youngest member among the entire Science Academy, only thirteen. Yet he had spread his fame as an expert biologist.
"Jane," James called out, "Can you give me a hand over here? I'm starting this boat."
"All right," Jane seated herself on the second steering seat. The first had been occupied by James. Everyone took their positions. Jane pressed some buttons. "Here goes nothing," she cried out as she pulled a long spring. The jet boat tore through the water at a high speed of 78km/h.
However, after traveling for about five minutes, James suddenly pulled the brakes. "What's the matter, Jamie?" Ryoga asked from the back. He was an informant of the team.
"We're picking up a land signal, coming from half a kilometer away," James replied.
"You mean we are across the Bermuda Triangle already," Ryoma questioned furiously.
"I don't think so. It is a...an island," James answered thoughtfully, "Splinter, go and turn on the robot," he ordered. Splinter was a master comp-engineer and cryptologist. "Ay, ay, Jamie," he said obediently. In the meantime, James restarted the jet boat and they were nearing the island. The twenty yards of sandy beach was followed by dense evergreen forests. They landed on the beach with laser guns, universal scanners, high-beamed torches and the unit-7 robot.
After walking for about ten yards, their scanners made a red, bipping alarm to show that something unusual was ahead. Soon they found out what it was. It was a body, about a meter tall! It was lying on the ground, groaning with pain. It was nothing like what they had seen ever before. But not considering what it was, Ryoma ran towards it with his medical kit. It had been injured badly. But Ryoma sprayed some medicine, put some bandages over here and there, threw water on its face and soon it was able to stand up. Ryoma did not expect it to understand his language, but he still spoke, "Are you an extraterrestrial, an alien?"
To his surprise, it understood him and replied in plain English, "I'm not an alien. I guess you are. How could you call me an alien? Our ancestors came to this planet long before those huge reptiles did."
"Are you a boy or a girl?" Jane could not hold his curiosity.
"What do you mean by buoi or garl?" it questioned back.
"Wait. Did you say 'our'? You mean there are more things like you?" Ryoga investigated.
"Of course there is. Come with me and I will show you," it walked towards the forest and surprising everyone stepped inside and disappeared! Then it reappeared and said, "Come on, it's just a magical wall." James, Jane, Ryoma, Ryoga and Splinter followed him. "I didn't introduce myself, did I?" it said, "I am Xiang Ming." The teenagers were so awed that they had forgotten to introduce themselves. Now they did it with courtesy. When they stepped inside the magical wall, they were more awed than ever. It was not earth. It was heaven on earth! There was no fog but bright sunshine. A green landscape covered with thick, tall trees and wide fields opened before their eyes. The bigger trees were occupied by tree houses. They were inside the 'Sacred City'.
They climbed into Xiang Ming's tree house and it served us with strange fruits and coconut milk. "So why were you lying on the ground like that? What happened to you?" Ryoma asked.
"There were alien like you, but much taller. They had big guns and attacked me. They wanted me to show them the way to the 'Sacred City'. I didn't, so they hit me with guns several times. They had attempted to attack us before. That is why, we had to build this magical wall all around our city. They are so cruel. But you're not them. You're so good and kind and friendly"
"Thanks for praising us," Jane said. We understood who were trying to attack them. It was a group of villainous scientists who got separated from the Science Academy. Promising to find and destroy alien life, they formed the AlienEx Legion.
"Xiang Ming," Splinter began, "Would you mind if we help you to fight against these aliens?"
"We would be glad to use your help," Xiang Ming replied anxiously.
"Then you must let us go now. We will come back to help you and do not let any one know about us. You are gonna have to trust us."
"I do trust you and I won't let any one know about you. But for the sake of our own safety, I need one of you to stay with me," it offered. After a moment of pause, Jane said, "I'll stay. James can cover up for me, can't you Jamie?"
"Jane will have no inhospitality here. Nobody will know about her," Xiang Ming promised.
"All right," Ryoma agreed. And soon afterwards, James, Splinter, Ryoma and Ryoga began their return journey, leaving one of their best treasures in the hands of an alien. The four of them got lots of work to do.
