Using Research In Article Marketing
With many niches flooded with articles, its hard to standout or even get your articles seen. You can either pick a new , unprofitable niche, or you can figure out a way to create some decent exposure using new, and up to date research methods.
Using Research in Marketing
When article marketing started its eventual rise to power in the Internet Marketing world, it was quite easy to create that all powerful targeted traffic, for free. All you had to do was write a quality article about an underused niche, and you were almost guaranteed a nice chunk of traffic. Its always best to stay ahead of the game, but now there are some many "authors", flooding the directories with similar content and ideas , that being seen, not to mention standing out is almost as hard as getting your website ranked on Google or Yahoo!. (Well, maybe not quite, but its definitely not easy) We have to find ways to stay ahead of the pack in our niches. We have to stay on top of the new niches and even sub niches.
Most times we will be rewarded with a nice little push of traffic when the article is originally submitted, but eventually many of these articles slide into oblivion. So we must keep writing tons of slightly unique articles, in hopes that we will create enough traffic to make few sales. The problem is that our articles have all been done. The search engines need unique content, new titles and new niches for our articles to find there way to 1st pages of Google , Yahoo!, and MSN, amongst others. And its not that easy to come up with anything new when its all been done before. That is where some good old fashioned research comes in.
Actually, its more like some "new fashioned" research that we are in need of. Many times our niches and products evolve. Sometimes its like the new Wii games , or the 2009 version of a certain software. So when you use new games and updated versions of software in your Article Title , you then have a chance to gain some ranking and create views for your articles. But most times its not that easy. We usually have to do far deeper research to discover new,and relevant, terms for our articles and titles. Because, as we all know, many times a title in itself, is enough to get page 1 ranking on major search engines. And if your not trying to get ranked on search engines, you should consider it from now on. Obviously its not gonna happen every time you submit an article, no matter how good it is. But you should always construct your articles for optimum search engine placement.
Sometimes we already know the exact information it will take to rank well for certain niches. Like , what are the newest searches for products related to our niche or subject. Or maybe we would like to know what everyone wants to know about a certain download or software. See, if we knew what new searches and products that the public was gonna be searching for next, we could create and write articles that are specifically formatted for whatever these search terms would be. So basically, its not just the information that we are looking for , its being able to find the information. And that just boils down to the correct research methods.
Successful marketers know exactly how to research new niches or old niche subjects. They know how find out what the next big thing is. The next thing you know, they have their articles and websites ranking well, before the rest of the competition even knows about what the new trends are. There are only so many ways to research the market. And most of the best research methods are totally free.
But knowing where to go and what to do is all that separates new marketers from gaining optimum exposure and creating some expert status in their niche. For a Free report that will show the exact steps most successful marketers use to research hot new trends, just click the link above.
