Usher: Wedding Still On!
It was announced Saturday that the wedding of Usher and his fiancée Tameka Foster was called off, but it has just been postponed.

Reasons for the wedding being cancelled just hours before the ceremony ranged from the two of them fighting over wedding details, Foster’s refusal to sign a pre-nup, and the fact that Usher’s mother was reportedly opposed to the marriage. Now the couple claims that none of the above are true. Foster said, "No one [in the media] knows why we cancelled the wedding, but I can tell you that all of the reasons that everyone is speculating and writing about are completely untrue." She did say that she checked into the hospital on Saturday afternoon and said, "We had a scare. But, I am fine, and the baby is fine."
The ceremony was supposed to take place on Saturday at the Southampton, NY estate of music mogul L.A. Reid, but Usher’s publicist released a statement saying the nuptials had been called off. Usher has now clarified that the wedding has just been postponed. He said, "As of right now, we don’t have a date but we will let you know when we do." A friend of the couple’s reportedly said of the rumors surrounding them, "People are just hating."
This is the first wedding for Usher, full name Usher Raymond, and the second for Foster. The two became engaged in January after dating for about a year. They were friends for about seven-years prior to their dating, five of which she served as his personal stylist. Usher, 28, and Foster, 37, announced their pregnancy at the end of June. This is the first child for Usher and the fourth for Foster who has three children with her ex-husband. The baby is due in the fall.
