Us Girls Call It Love

I knew I was struck with cupids arrow
When I felt the common feeling explained in only fairy tales.
Of coarse I'm not a princess.

I don't wear the high eels,
I don't curl my hair
But you seem to love what I am
And what I'm not

My heart
Softly busting out of my rib cage
My voice
Quickens and fades to a whisper.
My breathing
Gets shallow and I cant breathe
My stomach
Falls to the floor.

I'm not a doctor. But I can tell I have the common disease.

Us girls call it love...
