Aditya was at home, he was not sure what had happened today. But he had broken Eve's heart and he had been feeling sorry for that. He had spent some amazing time with her, he hated the fact that he was the reason she cried. He had come back to office after he had left Eve, he had desperately wanted to talk to Ruhi but he had resisted. So here he was at home but Ruhi had not come home yet. He was in his room, as he had told his family that he had a headache and wanted to sleep.
He sat on the window, his usual thinking place. What would Eve do now, and where the hell was Ruhi? As soon as he picked up his phone to call Ruhi, he heard the door open and there was she. She looked tired was Aditya's first thought, he had wanted to help her in the business she had started but lately he had been too busy.
She looked at him, smiled and went in the bathroom. Aditya had not given much thought over how things would be between them. So it would be awkward he thought, but there was no reason to be that way. Eve was here for short time and he had told her everything. So there should be no guilt, but Ruhi didn't know that Aditya thought and understood why Ruhi was tensed.
Soon Ruhi came out looking fresh in her Mickey Mouse T shirt and pajamas. She directly came towards him and stood in front of him. Aditya was so happy to see Ruhi in front of her, he forgot his guilt about Eve. He just wanted to be with Ruhi at that moment they had not seen each other for 24 hours but it seemed like weeks. When she sat in front of him in silence he pulled her closer and started kissing her.
It felt like coming home, like heaven. He knew he should tell her that Eve knows everything but he had missed her so much. So he concentrated on her lips, her sweet lips, her luscious lips. Her most kissable lips, he tried to pull her on his lap but suddenly they were not kissing and Ruhi was standing in front of him looking angry. Why was she angry?
"What happened Ruhi?"
"This is the only thing you can think about? Sex there is nothing else you feel for me?" Ruhi asked him angry at him. She had thought that he would call her and tell her but there was no call from him. Passing it as guilt she accepted it but when she came home and saw him sitting at the window. She had thought he would tell her and then she would be able to tell him about Eve. But here he was only thinking about her body, Eve had told her that Aditya love her but she thought Eve must be wrong. If Aditya was in love wouldn't HE know that?
"You met Eve today right?" Cautious Aditya nodded, her question had thrown him. How could she ask him that, of course he thought about her not only her body {although it is a great body}. Didn't she know that? And now this question about Eve, he knew he should have told her but damn it he had missed her. He had thought that he had lost her when he had first seen Eve back. So now when he had seen Ruhi, he had needed a connection to her it had come out as a kiss.
"Yes. I met Eve today and told her everything about our relationship."
"and when were you planning to tell me after you had screwed me?" Ruhi asked feeling more angry than ever. The reasons for being angry didn't matter at that time.
Aditya got down from window and went to Ruhi but she went back. "What's wrong Ruhi, I missed you and wanted you what was wrong with that? Before you had no problems with us having making love"
"Aditya Eve had come to my office today" Ruhi said it and let the words sink in, she saw the shock on Aditya's face.
Aditya felt like someone had punched him, Eve had met Ruhi, when? Why? What did she tell Ruhi to make her so angry?
"What did she tell you to make you so hostile towards me?" after he said it he knew it had been a wrong thing to say as Ruhi became more angry.
"Eve told me that you both had met and you had told her about us. Also that she had decided to go back tomorrow but wanted to meet me first that's why she had come to my office."
"And by the way Gaurav gave her my office address. She cried and I felt guilty for her. She is a very nice girl and her tears hurt me and made me feel guilty. So when I came back I was still feeling sad for her and I am thinking you also might be feeling the same way. But I guess you were just waiting for Eve to go so you could kiss me."
Aditya was not sure what to feel, she was angry because she thought he wasn't feeling guilty. But he was sad and guilty for Eve. Ok so he had forgotten Eve when he had kissed Ruhi but it was understandable.
"Ruhi, I am sad for Eve knowing I am the reason she is crying. But aren't you over reacting" Again wrong button to push as her face became red with anger. He knew she had a nasty temper, but somehow whatever he said came out wrong.
Aditya saw Ruhi pacing and taking some deep breaths to control her anger. "Aditya do you love me?" Ok this was not a punch this was like a truck had ridden over him. There was no air in his lungs.
Ruhi looked at Aditya's shocked expression. She knew she shouldn't be angry at him but when he had kissed her somehow she needed words than action. And if another person knew what Aditya felt shouldn't he know his own feelings? Didn't he know sometimes girls only needed a hug, or touch, she was still torn about Eve, and here, this guy was behaving as if nothing had happened.
"I asked you something Aditya" He was still not sure what to tell her. Did he love her?
"Ruhi, why are you asking this?"
"Damn it because I LOVE YOU. I have been for a long time, and I thought that you might have some feelings for me. But no you don't tell me anything not even that you care for me. I was okay with the fact that you loved Eve and loved you more because of that. But today the woman you loved came and told me that YOU loved ME. How come you don't know it Aditya or was she wrong in thinking that? I was sad and hurt for Eve and thought you would feel the same as Eve had meant something to you. So now what happens to us, should we remain married when Eve is not there in the picture. Of course what problem would you have you have someone to fuck"
With that outburst Ruhi felt tired suddenly she wanted to sleep. She went towards the bed and took some pillows and blanket. She threw that on sofa and slept on the bed.
Aditya looked at Ruhi and the sofa, she loved him. He couldn't get past that, this was the first time she had told him that and that too in anger. He knew girl needed words but when he was not sure of words how could he give them? Then there was Eve telling Ruhi that HE loved Ruhi, how did she know it and was it true?
Damn just now his life had been sorted but here it was tangled again. He knew there was no chance of sleeping today so he went to the window again. He went to the bed after few minutes to see Ruhi, but she had fallen asleep and was snoring very softly. He wanted to touch her so badly but he knew she was angry and hurt by him. Well today seemed to be his day to hurt girls, first Eve and now Ruhi.
Feeling rotten he went to the window and replayed the entire scene and realized that he had made a mistake. Their marriage had been based on the fact that they would be separated and now when they were faced with the situation where they would be staying married. Ruhi had become insecure and wanted to know about his feelings. Well she had a right to know that but shouldn't he decide that first.
Feeling confused he called Gaurav and heard his curse as greeting.
"I want to ask you something"
"At this time? Aditya are you even aware that someone might be sleeping?"
"Shut up, it's important. How did you know that you loved Anu?" Aditya asked and heard Gaurav sigh. Then he heard some noise and Gaurav was back on line.
"Why are asking me that in middle of the night?" Gaurav's voice was still irritated and sleepy.
"Look I just want to know how you can be sure that you love someone. I made a mistake once and hurt Eve, I don't want to do that Ruhi"
That was love Gaurav thought but kept his mouth shut. "One week back she had a meeting in Pune and she was supposed to leave in the afternoon. We hadn't spoken to each other and in the evening I heard the news of bomb blasts in Pune. I was scared Aditya, I had been so worried about Anu. As I knew that my life was finished without her. I tried to call her immediately to find that her cell was switched off. Those 30 minutes were the most painful for me. After that I got a call from Anu stating that she was in Mumbai as her plans had been canceled and her cell well she had forgot to charge the batteries."
Gaurav stopped and sighed. "I know you never meant to hurt Eve, but just think if you loved Eve you wouldn't have separated from her. " Before Aditya could speak Gaurav started again, "I know she wouldn't have listened but you would have gone with her and had been with her."
"Right now just imagine if Ruhi left you. What would you do?" Aditya mumbled Thanks and Goodnight together and disconnected the call.
Gaurav was right he had known that Eve wouldn't listen to him about staying but instead he could have gone with her. But he had already established that he didn't love Eve. He had to think about Ruhi now.
He crossed the room and sat on the bed, and imagined the day Ruhi came and told him that she was leaving him. He would tie her in the room before she went out. Imagining her temper Aditya smiled but he realized that he couldn't live without her.
He had realized it when she had left him before and he also remembered his misery during that time. He had thought it was because of guilt but now he knew the truth that he loved her. Smiling he wanted tell her as soon as possible so he turned Ruhi so she was facing him and lied down to face her.
He started kissing her closed eyes, her nose, her cheeks, her forehead. When he teased her corner lip, he heard her moan and smiled broadly. His hands wandered in her T shirt found her softness, he started kneading them and kissing them through her T shirt.
When his head came up he was staring at the whiskey eyes of Ruhi, they were filled with sleep and desire. A beautiful combination.
"I love you Ruhi." Aditya said and kissed he nose.
The shock on Ruhi's face was funny and her attempts to come out of sleep were definitely funny. "What?" was her hoarse reply.
"Yes, sweetheart. I love you. You are not just a warm body to me. You are more than that. I had realized sometime back that I didn't love Eve. But I was not sure about my feelings towards you. I didn't want to make the same mistake again so I kept my mouth shut. I am sorry if you felt I was not feeling bad about Eve but I had missed you so much that I decided to tell you about Eve later. We guys tend be more physical than verbal. I am sorry if you felt I only wanted your body"
Ruhi's was not sure whether she was dreaming or was it real? His kisses had been quite real, still to make sure she pinched him and heard him shout.
"What is wrong with you woman?" Aditya scolded Ruhi
"I was making sure if this was a dream or reality. Your scream proved that it is real"
"People pinch themselves not others." Aditya stated rubbing the spot on his arm where she had pinched him.
"Others do. Not me. Now tell me again that you love me"
"Do I have to?" Aditya tried to joke and got a spank on his butt.
Shocked he looked at Ruhi in disbelief. "I am your husband and you spank me?"
"Of course I know you are my husband that's why I did it. You can't expect me to do it with someone else's husband do you?" Ruhi said laughing and was quite happy with the jealousy she saw in his eyes.
Aditya tried to pinch her but soon they both were rolling on the bed and soon Ruhi found herself under Aditya and they both were breathless. Everything forgotten, Aditya could just look at her lips and went to taste them but saw Ruhi pulling her lips in her mouth.
Confused Aditya looked at her, "First tell me you love me Nicely"
Aditya smiled. The gesture was so Ruhi and he loved her a lot, he kissed her nose and told her, "I love you Ruhi. More than my life"
Ruhi's heart was going to burst she was so happy. There was a catch in her voice when she said, "I love you too"
They both grinned at each other like fools and Aditya leaned to kiss his wife.

The next day Aditya and Ruhi went to drop Eve at the airport. There were some tears but Eve was happy that Aditya finally knew that he loved Ruhi. She was prefect for him. Eve also met Anu and Gaurav who also had come to airport. Soon Eve realized that she might have lost her love but she had gained two friends. Two very good girlfriends.
Before Eve went to check in Ruhi went and whispered something to clerk. The airport staff had smiled at Ruhi and then at Eve. Confused Eve asked Ruhi who didn't answer her just smiled.
After saying goodbye to them Eve went in the flight, as soon as she reached her assigned seat she found the reason of Ruhi's smile. Next to her was the most gorgeous guy she had seen. It was not a coincidence that he was seated next to her.
Smiling she called Ruhi on her cell. "Ruhi, you are impossible."
"Come on Eve we are friends now. I could do at least that much for you. Enjoy your flight"
Smiling Eve sat and saw that the gorgeous guy was looking at her rather intriguingly.

After saying goodbye to them Eve went in the flight, as soon as she reached her assigned seat she found the reason of Ruhi's smile. Next to her was the most gorgeous guy she had seen. It was not a coincidence that he was seated next to her.
Smiling she called Ruhi on her cell. "Ruhi, you are impossible."
"Come on Eve we are friends now. I could do at least that much for you. Enjoy your flight"
Smiling Eve sat and saw that the gorgeous guy was looking at her rather intriguingly.
