Unmendable

No one can fully comprehend,
This force or rather disease that attacks the heart
Even when it proves enviable
Even memorable
Or darkness prevails around it
There seems to be no cure.

It’s unfathomable to think of it as evil
When all seems dazzling
This though I tell you,
The heart is fragile and undersized
Too much of the viral disease can attack
And what could be left are patches of unfilled spaces.

The mind could put on its armor
It may seem physically powerful enough, but really,
Is it?
Time could attempt its fight, the mind
Prevails and the heart in turn.

Yes!
Loneliness is eliminated
Obsession takes over, and a
Venom attacks
End is not at heart, we simply can’t get enough.
