Understanding Your Love Horoscope

Information regarding horoscopes and astrology.
Astrology is not the new-age art or science that a lot of people assume it is. Astrology is actually one of the oldest sciences known to mankind. It has been practiced since as far back as 2000 B.C., and is a cornerstone for astrology.

Astrology is actually based on intricate mathematic formulas, and can give very specific information based on the stars and planetary locations on astrological charts. A person's love horoscope is ruled by Venus, and where Venus is located on their astrological chart. Each person's chart is very different, and can be based on a number of different factors including the time, place, year, date, and month they were born. This will give them their sun sign, which is what most of us think of when we think of astrology. They are the signs of the zodiac--for example, people born between the dates of June 22 and July 22 are considered a Cancer as their sun sign.

This information can give a general overview of a person's personality, but an in depth charting of a person's sun sign can give more intricate information and make good predictions based on the location of the stars and planets on that person's particular chart. The position of Venus on that person's chart will determine his or her love horoscope.

In astrology, Venus rules a person's senses. Venus is what gives people feelings of warmth, happiness, and other good feelings relating to love and relationships. The moon is a person's emotional ruler, and gives rise to feelings of happiness, sadness, grief, etc. The combination of Venus and the moon will determine your love horoscope.

There are several good websites a person can visit in order to get detailed information regarding the placement of Venus and the Moon in their own personal charts. Many will give a basic overview of your chart for free, others will charge a fee for a more detailed reading of your love horoscope.
