Two Perspectives On Life
The world is split in two major categories: the evolutionists and the creationists. How do these ways of thinking affect the daily life? Is it important to choose one of them?

Compared to creationism, evolution is one of the latest creation theories explaining the origins of life and it is a result of the development of science, due to the new technology.
The founder of it is the well-known biologist Charles Darwin. His ideas are gathered in the book "On the origin of species", published on November 24th 1859. His perspective was developed over the years by the contribution of other scientists, such as Richard Dawkins. The core of this theory lies in the following word: chance. They believe that matter and then life appeared as a result of the huge burst of energy, The Big Bang, and then in millions and millions of years everything we see evolved and was transformed under the law of natural selection. The DNA chain suffered different mutations and so the large diversity of beings appeared.
Therefore, those who embrace this theory also embrace a specific type of life. They always try to live the moment, because they don't know for sure what the chance brings them the next day. They can choose to live a moral life only in front of the society, and do whatever their instincts tell them to do, because they don't have to respond in front of anyone, they are their own masters. In their vocabulary there is no room for the word sin, because if there is no law to break, there is no mistake or sin.
In conclusion, there is no guilt. Even though many believe that if there is no God, there is no pure morality and altruism, the Oxford Prof. Dawkins states that an atheist can also be moral because of his "memes", which are passed from a generation to the other.
On the opposite side is the other interpretation called creationism. Those who adopt this point of view believe not that the Universe appeared by chance, especially that such a complex organism as that of the human beings evolved from one cell. These people believe that above all things there is the Uncreated, Eternal God. They believe in the so-called "intelligent design" and they totally eliminate the word chance. Every little thing created has a purpose and the purpose was given by the One who decided to create.
This fact has several implications. Firstly, the one who believes there is a Higher Being must find out what He wants and how He wants things to be done. By this, this kind of person must find out his purpose here on Earth and the direction and destination he is going to. Therefore, those who believe the world was created are guided by some principles found or in the Bible, or in the Torah, or in several other books from different religions. All these people want to find out what is God's will. Christians believe that the Bible was inspired by God they live accordingly to this book, especially to the teachings of Jesus, the Son of God.
They believe they owe everything to God and they live in such a way to please Him. The true Christians are totally different from the rest of the world. They no longer live by the saying " an eye for an eye" and they no longer believe that the "end justifies the means". They believe in sacrificing for the others, they believe in altruism and in meeting the others' needs. These people also think that this world and death are not the end. They trust God who says that He prepared a place for them in heaven so they no longer live being afraid of dying. They are also less stressed because according to the Bible, all things around them work together in their favor, because their God is sovereign and He can orchestrate all circumstances in order to gain good from them. It is important to mention that they define "good" as what the Bible says is good.
In conclusion, it is very important to find the answers to the questions presented in the beginning because they lead to two opposite ways of living, each of them transforming our inside beings in different ways: an apparently independent style of thinking and another one totally depending on God.
