Day 3 1 cup black tea or coffee, 5 saltine crackers, 1 cheese slice, 1 small apple 1 omelet, 1 toast, 1 cup black tea or coffee 200 g tuna fillet, ½ cup steamed baby carrot, ½ cup steamed broccoli florets, 1 melon wedge, 50 ml vanilla ice cream

Tuna diet has fewer than 1000 calories a day. Any kind of diet that has such low calories is going to make you lose fat, although you will feel hungry all the time.
