True Emotions

A poem I wrote about dealing with my relationship…
I'm sorry for the way I handle situations
I'm sorry for all the manipulations
I'm sorry there is no trust
I'm sorry there is always cuss
Cussing out in the middle of an argument
Trying to have the last word, knowing our hearts are bent
Knowing inside we are fate
Telling yourself not to hate
Not to hate the one you love
Not to hate the angel above
To go with your heart and stay strong
Knowing you relationship will last long
Having faith in your one and only
Despite the bad times and the lonely
Laying in bed thinking about tomorrow
What you will do when you see their sorrow
The guilt on the face and the tears of disgrace
Running down the cheek of soft skin
Loving them so much you can't help but to grin
You smile every time you see them
And when her friends ask, she says "that's him"
That’s the one I want to marry
That’s the one I want to carry
Carry through my life and through the heart aches
Be there no matter what through all the heart breaks
There will be no more hatred, no more lies
We are there for one another with hellos and goodbyes
Be there for me like I will for you
Know I want nothing more than to love you
