Trekking in Ladakh
Coming to Ladakh gives you feeling of being in Tibet because of the resemblance of the landscape, people living here and culture of the region. Ladakh is one of the most rugged region of Himalayas. Situated between Greater Himalayas and Tibetan Plateau, Ladakh is referred as Trans Himalayan Zone. This location makes barren land of Ladakh a popular region for trekking expeditions. Some of the popular trek routes of Ladakh are Lamayuru Padum trek, Stok-Khangri trek, Zanskar valley trek and Suru & Nubra valley trek. Some of the trek routes may require special permit which can be arranged from concerned Government official in the region.

Trekking in Garhwal
Towering moutains, snow capped peaks, iconic temples, flora and faun; all these makes Garhwal one of the most beautiful and attractive region in Himalayas. Garhwal Himalaya has many wilderness trails that harbour large variety of flora and fauna. Lakes, waterfalls, rivers, thick forests, lush green valleys and towering mountains makes Garhwal a great trekking package. Trekking tours are organized on many routes – Panch Kedar trek, Kedarnath Vasuki Tal trek, Dodi Tal trek, Gangotri Kedarnath trek, Nandanvan Tapovan trek and most popular of all "Valley of Flowers" trek.

Trekking in Kumaon
Kumaon, land of Jim Corbett (great hunter of man eater tigers) after whom the Corbett National Park has been named. Corbett tiger reserve have been the focal point of nature lovers and draws large large number of tourists. Himalayan mountains have blessed the region with lot natural beauty, lakes, glaciers, rivers and thick forests. There are many trek routes such as Pindari Glacier trek, Kafni Glacire trek, Namik Glacier trek and Nanda Devi East Base camp trek.

Trekking in Sikkim
Sikkim is a small Himalayan state in eastern India. Overlooked by mighty Kanchenjunga peak, Sikkim is equally attractive for sightseers and adventure seekers. There are numerous trekking routes to fascinate trekkers. Dzongri trek, Goechali trek, Singalila trek, Greenlake and North Sikkim trek are popular trek routes among the adventurous trekkers. Foreign citizens require permit for trekking on most routes of Sikkim which can be obtained from Siliguri, Kolkata and Delhi.

There are many more trekking destinations in India such as Darjeeling, Arunachal Pradesh, Kalimpong, Western Ghats, Eastern Ghat and Nilgiri Hills.
