Scalp reduction is another surgical technique used for restoring hair. In this surgery, devices are inserted in the skin to stretch the area of scalp and to remove the bald areas.

However, one should consult a dermatologist before undergoing any medications or hair plantation to avoid possible side-effects and skin infection.
There are natural herbal cures which can help woman treat baldness without any side-effects like other drugs. Unlike hair plantation it is a less expensive treatment. Besides, some cosmetic treatment such as perming, dying can be helpful only to hide the baldness. Last but not least, wigs and change of hairstyle too assist in disguising female baldness.
