Treating Facial Wrinkles
How to treat facial wrinkles, from a skin care expert with over 10 years in the industry.
Facial wrinkles are nasty, deep lines that evolve from the sides of our mouths, nose or eyes. They can bolt out like lightning or dig in and set a trap in the skin, eventually spidering out into the depths of the outer face. Crows feet, as some wrinkles are called, set their roots and jut out long, deep lines into the skin, which resemble a crows foot. There are ways to cover up these nasty lines, and a way to make them look erased, so you can look younger and feel good about yourself.
Facial wrinkles are somewhat controllable from an early age. Things that will enable wrinkles to form including squinting. When people look into the sun, they squint. This squint essentially tightens the muscles in the face and causes the skin to form creases. It's within these creases that wrinkles set up shop, and pound their ways into the skin. Another way wrinkles develop are from smoking. Smokers typically have worse skin then non-smokers. Smoking is terrible not only for the overall health, but for the skin as well. Smoking can not only add wrinkles to the skin, but also cause it to appear in a more yellow color. So, two quick tips for treating wrinkles so far, and this starts early in your life. Don't smoke, and don't squint. If you are outside frequently, wear sunglasses in order not to squint while looking at the sun.
Another wrinkle-developer is the sun. If you must sunbathe, or suntan, be sure to wear a high spf formula in order to protect your skin. Doing this will cause you to repel the harmful uv rays of the sun and protect your skin. Overexposure to the sun and its deadly rays can cause your skin to dry out, and also induce wrinkles to form. Be sure to cover up with plenty of sunblock, and of course, when you are finished, apply a skin moisturizer to your entire body.
Treating wrinkles once they have formed is another mission. I recommend taking a daily anti-aging capsule. There are some new ones on the market that are cyclical, so you only take them for two cycles per year. I highly recommend those types of advanced anti-aging formulas. Also, you can apply the best wrinkle cream you can find and apply it to your face in the am and pm. This will allow the powerful ingredients of the wrinkle cream to absorb into the skin and allow your skin to become treated to fight future wrinkles. Of course, you can cover facial wrinkles with makeup, but this will do nothing to block them or halt future wrinkle formation.
Lastly, it's been reported that if you sleep on your back it's a good habit that will effectively allow you to "not form" wrinkles. This is true, as when people sleep on their stomachs, they are constantly crunching and stretching their faces. Remember what I reported about squinting? This is the same type of theory here.
Now that you know how to treat facial wrinkles, you can effectively treat them and go about your day knowing you did all you can do to look young, and look wrinkle-free.
