Having a pet is something special for some of us. It becomes part of the family, it becomes our friend and often it helps us not to feel lonely. Therefore, it is reasonable that we don’t want to be separated from our pet when we are away. But that is only one side of the issue. It is our right to like or not to like animals. People often have allergies or just are scared of different animals. What happens when they are forced to travel next to something that causes them discomfort? Who has the right, the owner or the other passengers? The problem seems simple on the first sight. As well as smoking, pets give joy to some of us and are a problem for others. In restaurants we have not smoking sections and everyone can enjoy their meal in the best way. Traveling with pets can follow this example. Special seats, or cabins can be created to make the owners of the pets feel better, as well as everyone else. Lots of companies already include the pets issue in their policies. Rules and advice are definitely needed, to guarantee the comfort, so we can keep our pets near us, without disturbing anyone. The animal hotels offer good care for the pets while we are away. The world today gives us a great variety of options to help us to feel in the best way.
