Trail of Tears

Natives walked a long way
For way more than just a day
Some way tears turned into roses and flowers
Some died by evil powers

Natives were running from thorns that were cutting into their skin
As they cried, roses and flowers grew again
They trusted the Englishman who proved not to be their friend
Some made it to their new home, for others it was the end
