Trade Show Exhibits - They Say Pssst to Your Customers!

There are only three seconds in which you have to manage to attract the attention of a potential customer. The correctly chosen trade show exhibit helps you achieve this near impossibility. The trade show displays are chosen in accordance with booth size and product type.
International or local, each trade fair is a daunting place for a new comer. He does not know how to draw the attention of the visitors with so many companies vying for it. Unless you have the proper paraphernalia now termed as trade show exhibits, you do not have much chance of capturing the attention of the visitors.

The setting up of stalls in a trade show involves certain latent costs. The space rental, telecommunication, networking travel, accommodation, promotional literature and the trade show exhibits are some items that make up this cost. Now if the customers are not visiting your stall in enough numbers and making purchases, then all the overhead cost would end up in the debit side of your account.

Therefore, try and spend a good deal on the trade show exhibits. These are your only aides in attracting the attention of your customers. Keep in mind that a seller has only three seconds to attract the attention of customers. Unless the customer is wowed in those three seconds, he would simply pass your stall by. Even if he does look you way, it is hardly going to be a glance of interest. Hence, you must never negate the importance of trade show displays, which are nothing but another title for trade show exhibits.

If you are buying trade show displays, be sure to buy from a reputed company that has a good customer service. They should also have expertise in their chosen field, so that they can advise you on the kind of displays you will require for your kind of product. The size of the space will also matter.

In North America, the minimum space rented out is 10'x10'. You can rent spaces in multiple of that. You can take two stall side by side and then you will have an exhibiting space of 10'x20'. Like wise if you want a stall as big as 20'x20', you will have to take four stalls. You can have one as big as 100'x100'. In Europe and Asia, exhibit spaces are rented out on 1m basis, the smallest being 3mx3m.

You do not need to be a genius to realize that the trade show display for a 10'x10' stall and that of a 100'x100' will be very different. If you are displaying cars, you will need a different type of displays than if you are selling insurance policies.

You can also go for renting trade show displays from trade show display rentals instead of buying them. This would help you reduce your financial inputs substantially and also save you the headache of storing them afterwards. However, if it is your regular custom to attend trade fairs, it is much better for you to buy some of the most frequently required items. This would help save the repetitive cost of the rentals that you would pay for them each time you attend a show.

If the booth you have is small, choose attractive tabletop displays. As the name indicates, these are displays that can fit on the top of a table. Generally, it is the show organizers that supply the tables. But they may be obtained in all possible models.

-Banner stand table top displays
-Modular or Hybrid table top displays
-Panel table top displays
-Pop-up tabletop displays.

It is also possible to get on-the-floor models of the above mentioned displays â€" they shall be utilized for larger sized booths. One may also go for pipe and drape displays and truss displays.

Truss is truly amazing to look at. It breathes style, sophistication and sleekness into your trade booth. The elaborately arranged, good looking 10'x10' truss display is usually worth $5,400. Those trusses that are less elaborate in design are sold for $2,500. Panel displays for a 10'x20' booths are also available - their price range is from $3,000 to $17,000.

Price ranges are a function of size and design. The more elaborate and good looking it is, the better chances of its attracting the customers there are. It is not always financially sound to invest $17,000 on a single trade show as one may not need it in future. Hence, rental services are enjoying greater popularity these days. These companies accept projects on a turnkey basis and provide complementary expert advice. These turnkey projects are low on expense as well as associated hassles and headaches.

It is for you to make the final decision. Just remember that all you have is three seconds to attract the customer.
