- Letters for Avalon owners are finished.
- Letter for Camry owners have already been sent out beginning of February 2010.
- Letter for Highlander Hybrid owners have already been sent out beginning of March 2010.
- Letter for Highlander (non-Hybrid) owners have already been sent out by end of April 2010.
- Letter for Prius owners have already been sent out by end of April 2010.
- Letters for Tundra owners were sent out beginning of May 2010.
- Letters for Corolla and Matrix owners have been sent beginning of June 2010.
- Rest of the owner letters will be sent out by late June 2010.
