If I could have one moment with you,
If I could just kiss your lips once,
If I could just touch you, really touch you,
I would ask for nothing else.
I suffer in your presence,
My lips quiver and crack,
My hair starts to break
As my eyes leak with fury.
I run my fingers through my hair
And jab my nails into my scalp
As I rock my body back and forth in confusion.
I don't know why I feel this way,
Why do you have to be so perfect?
