Second - just FYI, I'm not American, I'm a Canadian,
A torn flag,
Waves free,
I am alive,
As I should be,
I may not be tough,
I may not be fast,
But in the end,
I will last,
Like a flag,
Standing strong,
Through death and hatred,
It lasted so long,
Still there, it stands,
Waving confidently,
Though not knowing,
How long it will be,
How long will it survive?
No one can know,
It just stays strong while it can,
Catching whatever the world throws.
