Torment
Sadness...
I want to break free, from its’ gripes of steel despair as captured me forcing me to feel, the longing for security the tormenting agony of fear the desolate heart the coming storm of tears.
Nobody knows the depths of my pain, it like a sword through the heart and torn piercing the vain. Why can’t I feel the warmth of happiness? I am on a dark journey searching for joy on a never-ending quest.
It there no hope for me will I ever see the ray of light or love as abandon me and put me out it’s sight. Alas I have surrender to my boundless tragedy, and so I’ll hold on tight to the remains of my diminishing sanity.
