Tori Spelling’s Yard Sale
Tori Spelling and her husband Dean McDermott are reportedly having a yard sale Friday at their Studio City, California home.

Spelling and McDermott were photographed last week hanging flyers advertising the yard sale. Spelling said, "I’m having the sale because we’re moving and my taste has changed. Plus I’m a notorious pack rat; I keep everything. And I wanted to get organized before the baby arrives, so this seemed the perfect time to clean house. It feels good!" Spelling joked that she will be selling everything including "jeans that my preggers butt can’t fit into anymore." Also for sale will be furniture, vintage and new designer clothing, signed scripts, Beverly Hills, 90210 memorabilia, and art.
Spelling and McDermott are also shopping for a bed and breakfast for their new reality show that will air on the Oxygen network and will feature the couple looking to buy a bed and breakfast in Southern California to buy and refurbish. The six episode series will be produced by World of Wonder and is set to air in the spring. Executive Producer Randy Barbato said of Spelling and McDermott, "They may be actors, but they are very entrepreneurial. They want to create a real business."
Spelling is also set to embark on yet another endeavor and has signed a deal to write her memoirs with the help of a ghostwriter. The book is set to hit stores in the spring of 2008. Spelling will reportedly discuss her career, plastic surgery, past relationships and the drama surrounding her share of her late father Aaron’s fortune. When the TV titan passed away in June he was estimated to be worth approximately $300 million and allegedly due to bad blood between Spelling and her mother, Candy, she received less than a $1 million inheritance. Said Spelling, "You have to take everything with a grain of salt. I’m not ashamed to admit that circumstances have changed, and you work with things as best you can." Seems like she is working every angle that she can…a yard sale, a new reality show, and a tell-all book. What could possibly come next?
