Top Scary Movies of All Time

You are all alone in your house and reading a novel. Suddenly there is a power cut in your house. And it's raining cats and dogs outside. So you head towards your kitchen to fetch some candles. While you are getting down the stairs towards your hall, there is a bright crack of lightening, which almost lightens up your house for a second or two. Suddenly you feel you saw something running across the kitchen. Remember, there is no one supposed to be in your house except you? Now things are getting a little spooky! But you still make your way towards the kitchen, disbelieving what you saw. You start looking for the candles and remember that they lie in the cupboard at the right corner of the room. While you are making your way towards the place, you hear a sound and that gives a good jump to your heart! You pretend not to look behind and walk quickly to get the candles. Fortunately, you see that there is one left and the match box is just near it. With some relief, you light up the candle and turn around to go back to your room as soon as possible. Just when you step out of your kitchen and turn to your right, you see a red face with dilated eyes staring right at you! With fits of scream you drop the candle and run blindly in all directions. You keep screaming not knowing what to do and who or what is this creature? After a few minutes you realize that you have stopped screaming and the power is back. While you are catching your breath and still feeling your heart thumping, you see two of your friends staring at you and laughing madly…

The real fun of watching movies is when a thriller and suspense are complemented with some heart-shaking horror. Grudge and The Ring were some horror movies which I found to be the scariest movies ever. They just gave me the shivers! Stuff like eating, killing, screaming or the like, do not spook me out. But what can really give me the goose bumps is when I am completely taken by surprise. Something like, you are happily driving on a pitch-black road and when you take a turn, you realize that there is a half-bodied woman crawling towards you and staring at you with her freaking blood shot eyes!
