Tony Romo and Pete Wentz to Join Simpson Family Christmas in Texas

The Simpson family and all significant others will be heading to the home of the maternal grandmother of Jessica and Ashlee Simpson to celebrate Christmas.
The big deal for the Simpson family this Christmas is the arrival of Bronx, the first child of Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson. The couple welcomed Bronx Mowgli Wentz on November 20th of this year. This will be Bronx' first Christmas - and he is choosing to spend it with his great grandmother in Texas.

There are no details on the shindig, but one would expect a homely and traditionally-Texas affair, given the girls' persona and the easy-going nature of their men. And although all eyes are certain to be on Bronx in celebrating the holiday season, there is another season that is going to be looming over the family during their time together.

Tony Romo's Dallas Cowboys were given the gift of a playoff opportunity when fellow NFC rivals the Philadelphia Eagles and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers both lost their games on Sunday. This means that a Dallas win at Philadelphia next Sunday would send the Cowboys to the playoffs. There will be tremendous pressure on Tony Romo and his teammates to redeem themselves after they closed Texas Stadium with a lackluster performance against the Baltimore Ravens.

Romo, in particular, struggled against Baltimore and his performance is going to be the story next Sunday. Here's hoping that he's able to relax and enjoy his Christmas, because the weekend is not going to be easy for Tony, Jessica and the entire Simpson family - including Bronx.
