Tonight

I wrote another one. :} and please comment if you have any topic suggestions.
The rain falls against the young girls skin,
Something old and dark has awaken form within.

The sound of the rain, she listens close,
What she is listen for, only she knows.

The cold rain only numbs the nerves.
The moments she waits for is hers.

The wind howls as a warning to go home.
But it’s the streets she must roam.

Alone she walks this unknown night.
What controls her is a secret might.

It happens quick, cause they didn’t see her.
The way of the end could have been nicer.

The crash was loud but she hers only silence.
The world can only know of her absence.

She drifts off and away to final sleep.
One more life that no one could keep.
