To My Love

I wrote this to him. So he would know. But w/e.
I’m sorry about last night
I didn’t mean to snap
And I hate fighting with you

My love for you runs deep
From my head to my toes
And locked within my heart
Your glowing smile sends a warm thrill down my back
Filling me with warmth & lighting my day

I've never been good with the men in my life
Always seeming to disappoint them
Never being able to satisfy them
Thinking my purpose in life was to help others
But like my father says I’m a failure

I wish my pride & confidence were as strong as yours
Perhaps that’s why I love you so much
Because where I’m weak, you’re strong
But then again you’re strong all the way around
Your only weakness is me.
