To Be Reminded Of You

Fantasies flutter on fabulous flowers,
Rainbows grow after sun showers.
Butterfly wings stuck still with dew,
Created from sunrises filled with pink hue.
All of those things remind me of you,

Reflections on water, ripples that hide,
Magic moon power that pulls on the tide.
Thunder that carries its clouds over blue,
Yet letting the beams of sunshine come through;
All of those things remind me of you.

Fantasies float in puddles I skip,
A hummingbird finds red flowers to sip.
A mocking bird mocks without any clue,
Saying the things we wanted it to.
And laughs at the butterfly stuck in the dew,
That happened when clouds hung over the blue
On a morning with a sunrise that had a pink hue,
Yes all of those things remind me of you.........
