Title Changed From Not So Good to Daddy's Little Angel
The title will now be Daddy's little angel not so good was a working title.
When I rejoined the party I looked around for a familiar face and just then I saw Jaymiee running at me.
"oh my gosh guess whose here"
"who"
"David"
"so go talk to him"
David is Jaymiee’s crush, he’s not as hot as Sam but damn close. Jaymiee has been scared to talk to him because he’s not the kind of guy she usually dates or even talks to. He’s not a jock or a jerk at that, he’s smart and way more mature than the other guys at our school.
"are you crazy I can’t just talk to him"
"watch, come on"
"hey David"
"what’s up Jen"
"nothing much have you meet my friend Jaymiee"
"can’t say that I have"
"well David this is Jaymiee, Jaymiee this is David"
They shook hands and Jaymiee gave me a what the hell look. I never told her that he was my lab partner in chemistry and I helped him raise his grade. Don’t get me wrong he’s a smart kid but very clumsy which isn’t good in chemistry class. I’m very good at chemistry it’s the only class I don’t mind going to.
"David can you do me a favor"
"sure, anything for you"
"well you see Jaymiee here tends to get in trouble can u watch her while I find someone"
"it would be my pleasure"
Jaymiee blushed at his response as I walked away to the back patio. When I got outside I took a deep breath and pulled out a cigarette. As I light it I turned to see someone else on the patio. He was cute he had a kiddish face with medium length brown hair that fell in his face skinny but kind of muscular.
"you know those things will kill you" he said
"yeah but worse things could kill me"
"oh yeah a slow painful cancer filled death what could be worse than that"
"ha-ha, do you want me to put it out"
"no, if you wanna smoke your cancer stick go ahead be my guest"
I put it out and went and sat in the seat next to him.
"hey I’m Jen"
"I know who you are"
"ooookay that doesn’t change the fact that I don’t know you" I wasn’t surprised he knew me a lot of people did now that I’m friends with the ITS.
"I guess it doesn’t huh"
"so…" I began to get irritated
"so what?" he asked with a sly smile that was kinda cute
"your name" I tried to contain my anger
"it’s Tyler" he said in a cute voice that pulling my infatuation with him deeper.
"well Tyler I have to leave now"
"going to find your boyfriend" he said in a bitter tone
"no, I have to find my ride I guess I’ll see you around"
"doubt it" he said in that cute voice as I walked inside into the blaring sound of hip- hop blasting from the speakers. I looked around for Jaymiee but I couldn’t find her so I looked for David but I couldn’t find him either. I walked up to this girl we call crystal because of her very well known drug addiction her real name was hedda so its easy to understand why she prefers the nickname.
"hey crystal have you seen Jaymiee"
"yeah, she left with that beefy bookworm guy ugh I think his name is David"
"damn, thanks crystal"
I stormed back an the patio and light another cigarette. Tyler looked at me and went to speak but I started to talk before he could say anything.
"don’t say a damn thing I need this cigarette"
"ugh okay can I ask what’s wrong"
"my friend left me here without a ride home damn I knew I should have drove"
"I could give you a ride home" he said standing up and walking over to me
"ha-no I don’t think so"
"what’s your other option walk home"
"I could get a ride with someone else"
"with who one of those many drunk girls or one of the drunk guys who will probably hit you up for sex"
I sighed knowingly "and you won’t" I gave him a questioning look
"nah, random hook-ups isn’t my thing so you want a ride"
"sure"
"cool I just have to tell my cousin I’m leaving and we can be out"
I followed close behind him as we pushed through the crowd of rowdy teens. Tyler stopped suddenly in the middle of the crowd and I lightly bumped into him. He turned around and gave me that cute smile and turned back around to whoever he was talking to. I went to stand next to him to see if I knew his cousin. To my surprise and horror I did it was Sam.
"Sam I’m out" Tyler said
"but you haven’t even had a shot" Sam said back to him
"nah, I’m cool I gotta take a friend home too" he said gesturing towards me I suddenly felt very shy.
"oh Jen how do you know Jen" he asked surprised
"new friend" he said in that sly voice
"alright" he said questioningly Tyler grabbed my hand an pulled me through the crowd. When he was holding my hand it felt like electricity flowing through my hand through my whole body. He pulled me out the house down to the street where we stopped in front of a black Mustang GT .
"is this you" I asked gesturing to the car
"yup" he simply replied
"I have the same car in red"
"I know"
"how"
"I’ve seen it"
"oh you must go to my school" I said as we got in the car he started the engine and we pulled away from the house.
"nope"
"no what"
"I don’t go to your school"
"oh, well I live on-"
"I know where you live" he said cutting me off
"okay stop that it’s extremely creppy"
"what"
"the whole I know everything about you thing you knew my name, my car and now where I live"
"I don’t know everything about you Jennifer" he said in that cute tone looking at me out the corner of him eye. We both sat in silence for a while.
"so what did you mean about that whole doubt it thing" I asked and he gave me a confused looked "back at the party on the patio I said see you around and you said doubt it"
"Because if you haven’t seen me around by now then I doubt you’ll see me after this" now I was the one with the confused look. A few minutes later we pulled up to my apartment building. He cut the engine and took the keys out the ignition and got out the car and I did the same.
"you don’t have to walk me I’m a big girl I can handle myself"
"no I insist" he said and let out a little laugh as if he just remembered a funny joke. We walked into my apartment building and got on the elevator and I pushed the button for the second floor.
"so really how do you know where I live did Sam tell you" he looked questioningly at me
"sure" he said as our elevator reached the second floor
"you can go back down now I can make it from here"
"wht you scared I’m a stalk you or something"
"maybe" I said seductively not meaning to or maybe I did
"you don’t have to worry I’m not the stalking type takes to much time and energy" he said as he stepped off the elevator and walked down the hallway. I got out the elevator and caught up to him. We reached my apartment and I turned to face him.
"well this is my stop thanks for walking me"
"it was no problem" he said letting out a little laugh again. I turned around to unlock the door and started getting nervous because he was just standing behind me. I thought to myself way to go Jennifer catch a ride from a creepy stalker. If I don’t get killed I swear I'm going to murder Jaymiee for leaving me all alone. I entered my apartment as fast as I could and quickly closed the door behind me and locking it. I looked out the peep hole at him and now he was trying to brake into the apartment across from me. Great Jennifer way to go a stalker and a criminal. He dropped some keys on the ground picked them up and opened the apartment door and went inside.
"oh my gosh guess whose here"
"who"
"David"
"so go talk to him"
