Ingredients
- 24 ladyfingers (Two 3-ounce packages)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup Kahlúa (coffee-flavored liqueur)
- 3/4 cup (6 ounces) 1/3-less-fat cream cheese
- 1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
- Take the ricotta, cream cheese and sugar in a bowl ( or in a food processor) and blend until smooth with hand-mixer.
- Break the ladyfingers in half lengthwise.
- Arrange 24 halves in a single layer in a baking dish.
- Drizzle with half the Kahlua, and leave them aside for 5 minutes.
- Then spread half of cheese mixture evenly over the biscuits.
- Repeat the above procedure with the remaining half of ladyfingers, Kahlúa and cheese mixture.
- At the end, sprinkle with cocoa. Keep it in refrigerator.
